This street food version of BUENOS AIRES BISTRO is exactly what you’d expect: crowd pleasing, juicy, meaty, smokey, full of flavor and usually served in between two buns.
The secret is the quality of ingredients ranging from pork, beef, lamb, chicken and a selection of housemade sausages, along with several sauces to chose from – our traditional chimichurri, spicy chimichurri, five chile sauce and event roasted chiles for those that love the extra heat.
